As a Wedding and Event Coordinating Intern, I collaborated closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, as well as created engaging social media content. I developed detailed timelines and schedules to ensure the smooth execution of all activities. My role included coordinating vendor selection and negotiating services for catering, floral arrangements, photography/videography, entertainment, and transportation, while maintaining strong professional relationships with both the couple and vendors through effective communication.
